若要执行此过程，您必须拥有本地 Administrators 组成员身份，或者您必须被委派了适当的权限。

若要创建 Terminal Server Computers 组，请执行以下操作：

注意：如果许可证服务器安装在 Active Directory 域服务 (AD DS) 域控制器中，请使用“Active Directory 用户和计算机”管理单元创建 Terminal Server Computers 组。若要在域控制器中创建 Terminal Server Computers 组，您必须拥有 AD DS 中的 Domain Admins 组的成员身份，或者您必须被委派了适当的权限。若要打开“Active Directory 用户和计算机”，请单击“开始”，再单击“运行”，键入 dsa.msc，然后单击“确定”。
