监视站点间消息服务是否正在此域控制器上运行。使用此服务可以在运行 Windows Server 站点的计算机之间交换消息。

如果该服务已停止，则不会交换消息，并且不会计算其他服务的站点路由信息。

原因

站点间消息服务未运行。

解决方案

验证站点间消息服务是否已设置为自动启动并且正在运行。
