Alcune operazioni relative alle cartelle server potrebbero non riuscire finché non vengono ripristinate le cartelle predefinite.

Ripristinare le cartelle predefinite da un backup del server oppure ricreare le cartelle mancanti.

Per ripristinare le cartelle server da un backup del server

1. Aprire il dashboard.
2. Fare clic su Dispositivi.
3. Selezionare il server, quindi fare clic su Ripristina file o cartelle per il server.

Per ricreare le cartelle server mancanti

1. Aprire il dashboard.
2. Fare clic su Cartelle server e unità disco rigido e selezionare Cartelle server.
3. Selezionare una cartella mancante, quindi fare clic su Ricrea la cartella mancante.
