Collects the performance counter PhysicalDisk\Current Disk Queue Length
This rule collects performance data for the Physical Disk\Current Queue Length performance counter.
The Physical Disk\Current Queue Length performance counters exposes the current numbers of both read and write requests that were queued for the selected disk during the sample interval.
