若要刪除失敗的文件並重新啟動 [列印多工緩衝處理器」服務，請使用本段中的兩項程序。

警告：重新啟動「列印多工緩衝處理器」會重新啟動所有列印工作。重新啟動「列印多工緩衝處理器」服務之後，可能需要重設部分印表機，或是將印表機電源關閉後再開啟。如果可能的話，請於正常營業時間外或是排定的維護時間，在作用中列印伺服器上執行此程序。使用此程序之前，請將所有印表機離線，並且等待所有列印工作完成，或是暫停所有印表機並等候所有狀態為「作用中」的列印工作完成。
