解決方式

若要執行此程序，您必須是本機 Administrator 群組的成員，或是已經委派您適當的權限。

若要登錄 Wdsmgmt.dll：

開啟 [命令提示字元] 視窗。
將目錄切換至 %windir%\system32\.
在命令提示字元下，執行 rgsvr32 wdsmgmt.dll。

如果發生此事件，同時也發生事件 513，則必須先解決事件 513 才能解決此錯誤。

若要尋找 BINLSVC 事件 513 的解決步驟：
