System NTFS zgłosił, że udostępniony wolumin klastra jest uszkodzony lub całkowicie niedostępny. Niektóre dane zapisane na woluminie mogą być niedostępne.
Dysk logiczny mógł ulec uszkodzeniu lub jest niedostępny z wielu przyczyn; niektóre z nich przedstawiono poniżej:
dysk fizyczny skojarzony z udostępnionym woluminem klastra został odłączony lub uległ uszkodzeniu,
dysk fizyczny skojarzony z udostępnionym woluminem klastra uległ awarii (na przykład z powodu uszkodzonych sektorów) lub jest niesprawny.
Sprawdź stan sprzętu pod kątem awarii (np. dysk, kontroler lub okablowanie). W większości przypadków dziennik systemowy zawiera dodatkowe zdarzenia wskazujące przyczynę awarii, które mogą pochodzić ze sterowników magazynu niższego poziomu.
Po określeniu i usunięciu problemu sprzętowego:
Otwórz przystawkę Zarządzanie dyskami.
Przeskanuj dyski, a następnie uaktywnij ponownie dyski z błędami.
Uruchom program chkdsk na każdym ponownie uaktywnionym woluminie.
