원인

DNS Server에서 AD DS(Active Directory 도메인 서비스)가 해당 디렉터리의 초기 동기화가 완료되었음을 알리기를 기다리고 있습니다. 초기 동기화가 완료될 때까지 DNS Server 서비스를 시작할 수 없습니다. 중요한 DNS 데이터가 이 도메인 컨트롤러에 아직 복제되지 않았을 수 있기 때문입니다.
