摘要

DNS 服务器配置不仅包含用于确定 DNS 服务器将如何在网络上工作的设置，而且还可指定如何存储这些设置以及在需要它们时如何检索。

原因

DNS 服务器找不到或无法打开启动文件。

解决方案

使用备份副本替换启动文件

可以将 DNS Server 服务配置为从启动文件读取初始化信息。如果此文件丢失或损坏，则 DNS Server 服务将无法正常启动。

在 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns 目录中，应存在一个名为“Boot”的文件。将此版本的 Boot 文件复制到安全位置，再将该 Boot 文件从 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns\Backup 复制到 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns，然后重新启动 DNS Server 服务。

要执行此过程，您必须拥有 Administrators 成员身份，或者您必须被委派了适当的权限。

若要重新启动 DNS Server 服务，请执行以下操作：

1.在 DNS 服务器上，启动服务器管理器。若要启动服务器管理器，请依次单击“开始”、“管理工具”和“服务器管理器”。

2.在控制台树中，依次展开“角色”、“DNS Server”和“DNS”。

3.右键单击 DNS 服务器，单击“所有任务”，然后单击“重新启动”。

如果问题仍然存在，请重新启动计算机，然后使用服务器管理器来确认 DNS Server 服务已启动。

若要重新启动计算机，请执行以下操作：

单击“开始”，单击“挂锁”按钮旁边的箭头，然后单击“重新启动”。

若要确认 DNS Server 服务已启动，请执行以下操作：

1.在 DNS 服务器上，启动服务器管理器。

2.在控制台树中，展开“角色”，然后单击“DNS Server”。

“系统服务”列表将显示 DNS Server 服务的状态。
