DNS 伺服器組態由設定組成，這些設定決定 DNS 伺服器如何在網路上運作，以及如何在需要時儲存與擷取它們。

原因

DNS 伺服器找不到或無法開啟開機檔案。

解決方式

以備份副本取代開機檔案

DNS 伺服器服務能夠設定成從開機檔案讀取初始化資訊。如果此檔案遺失或已損毀，DNS 伺服器服務就無法正常啟動。

在目錄 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns 中應有一個名為 Boot 的檔案。將此版本的 Boot 檔案複製到一個安全的位置，再將 Boot 檔案從 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns\Backup 複製到 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns，然後重新啟動 DNS 伺服器服務。

若要執行此程序，您必須有 Administrators 的成員資格，或者必須已被委派適當的權限。

若要重新啟動 DNS 伺服器服務：

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [伺服器管理員]。若要啟動 [伺服器管理員]，請依序按一下 [開始] 和 [系統管理工具]，然後按一下 [伺服器管理員]。

2.在主控台樹狀目錄中依序展開 [角色]、[DNS 伺服器] 和 [DNS]。

3. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下該 DNS 伺服器，然後按一下 [所有工作]，再按一下 [重新啟動]。

如果問題持續發生，請重新啟動電腦，然後使用 [伺服器管理員] 確認 DNS 伺服器服務是否已啟動。

若要重新啟動電腦：

按一下 [開始]，然後按一下 [鎖定] 按鈕旁邊的箭頭，再按一下 [重新啟動]。

若要確認 DNS 伺服器服務是否已啟動：

1. 在 DNS 伺服器上啟動 [伺服器管理員]。

2. 在主控台樹狀目錄中展開 [角色]，然後按一下 [DNS 伺服器]。

[系統服務] 清單隨即顯示 DNS 伺服器服務的狀態。
