DNS Server 구성은 네트워크에서 DNS Server의 작동 방식을 결정하는 설정과 이러한 설정을 저장하고 필요할 때 검색하는 방법을 지정하는 설정으로 이루어집니다.

원인

DNS Server에서 부팅 파일을 찾거나 열 수 없습니다.

해결 방법

부팅 파일을 백업 복사본으로 바꾸십시오.

부팅 파일에서 초기화 정보를 읽도록 DNS Server 서비스를 구성할 수 있습니다. 이 파일이 없거나 손상되면 DNS Server 서비스가 제대로 시작되지 않습니다.

%SystemRoot%\System32\Dns 디렉터리에 Boot라는 파일이 있어야 합니다. 이 Boot 파일 버전을 안전한 위치에 복사하고 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns\Backup의 Boot 파일을 %SystemRoot%\System32\Dns로 복사한 다음 DNS Server 서비스를 다시 시작하십시오.

이 절차를 수행하려면 Administrators 그룹의 구성원이거나 적절한 권한을 위임 받아야 합니다.

DNS Server 서비스를 다시 시작하려면:

1. DNS Server에서 서버 관리자를 시작합니다. 서버 관리자를 시작하려면 시작, 관리 도구, 서버 관리자를 차례로 클릭합니다.

2. 콘솔 트리에서 역할, DNS Server, DNS를 차례로 확장합니다.

3. DNS Server를 마우스 오른쪽 단추로 클릭하고 모든 작업을 클릭한 다음 다시 시작을 클릭합니다.

문제가 계속 발생하면 컴퓨터를 다시 시작한 다음 서버 관리자를 사용하여 DNS Server 서비스가 시작되었는지 확인합니다.

컴퓨터를 다시 시작하려면:

시작을 클릭하고 잠금 단추 옆의 화살표를 클릭한 다음 다시 시작을 클릭합니다.

DNS Server 서비스가 시작되었는지 확인하려면:

1. DNS Server에서 서버 관리자를 시작합니다.

2. 콘솔 트리에서 역할을 확장한 다음 DNS Server를 클릭합니다.

시스템 서비스 목록에 DNS Server 서비스의 상태가 표시됩니다.
