요약

이 경고는 보호된 데이터 원본이 보호 그룹에서 제거되었지만 Data Protection Manager(DPM)에서 데이터 원본의 보호를 중지할 수 없는 경우에 DPM에서 생성됩니다.

원인

데이터 원본이 보호 그룹에서 제거되면 DPM에서는 해당 데이터 원본과 관련된 볼륨 비트맵을 삭제해야 합니다. 이러한 볼륨 비트맵은 보호가 중지되는 데이터 원본의 각 볼륨에 대한 변경 내용을 추적합니다. 이 경우에는 DPM 서버와 보호된 서버 간의 네트워크 연결이 끊겼기 때문에 볼륨 비트맵이 삭제되지 않았고 보호 에이전트가 업데이트되지 않았습니다. 그 결과 보호 에이전트에서 지정된 볼륨의 변경 내용을 계속 추적합니다.

작업을 다시 시도하려면

DPM 관리자 콘솔에서 "보호를 중지하지 못했습니다."라는 중요한 경고를 찾습니다. 모니터링 작업 영역에서 경고 탭을 클릭한 다음 심각도별로 경고를 그룹화하면 경고를 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.
디스플레이 창에서 "보호를 중지하지 못했습니다." 경고를 선택합니다.
세부 정보 창에서 볼륨 보호 중지를 클릭합니다. 새로운 내부 "보호 중지" 작업이 즉시 실행되도록 예약됩니다. 이 작업은 내부 작업이므로 사용자 인터페이스에는 표시되지 않습니다.
