Summary

This alert is generated when the backup to tape job completed, but the catalog was not built correctly. Although no data is lost, you must rebuild the catalog to access the data of the backup job.

Causes

See the Alert Details pane for more information on the cause of this alert.

DPM Database had grown to the fullest and no more space on disk
Network issues happen during the build of catalog, after the backup completed successfully.
Unable to access DPM Database.
DPM service goes down.
User cancels the backup job after the backup is done, but just before cataloging happens.

Re-run the library catalog build.

When resolved: The library catalog build succeeds
