當磁帶確認工作由於磁帶或媒體櫃問題而沒有啟動時，會產生此警示。這可能會在復原時導致資料遺失。

原因

請參閱 [警示詳細資料] 窗格，以取得此警示原因的相關資訊。

在 [DPM 管理主控台] 中檢閱警示詳細資料，判斷磁帶確認工作為何失敗，並採取適當行動。

可能的原因包括：

讀取或寫入磁帶時發生錯誤。
DPM 或受保護的伺服器發生網路問題。
權限或密碼已變更，且 DPM 無法存取資料夾以備份或復原資料。
兩卷磁帶具有相同的條碼，但其媒體識別碼 (OMID) 不同。
兩卷磁帶具有相同的媒體識別碼 (OMID)，但其條碼不同。
兩卷磁帶具有相同的媒體識別碼 (OMID)，但其中一卷磁帶有條碼，另一卷無。
曾經由其中一個 DPM 安裝使用的磁帶已被移動，或已由不同的 DPM 安裝寫入並放回原始 DPM 安裝。
磁帶上的資料損毀。

解決方法

執行警示中的建議動作，並重試該工作。

若讀取/寫入磁帶時發生錯誤，且您已執行復原工作，請尋找該磁帶的備份，或相同的資料的舊複本。
修正網路問題，然後重新執行工作。
確定權限與密碼正確，以便 DPM 可以存取磁帶。
兩卷磁帶具有相同的條碼，但其媒體識別碼 (OMID) 不同：請要求系統管理員確認每卷磁帶具有專屬的條碼。
兩卷磁帶具有相同的媒體識別碼 (OMID)，但其條碼不同：最有可能的原因是系統管理員交換磁帶條碼，其中一卷磁帶會離線。在此情況下，可以將兩卷磁帶標示為相同。
