The failure type is Removed Interconnect CRU.
What Caused the Problem?
The Interconnect-battery canister has been removed from your controller tray. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.
Caution: Electrostatic discharge can damage sensitive components. Always use proper antistatic protection when handling components. Touching components without using a proper ground may damage the equipment.
Important Notes
The Interconnect-battery canister is required for proper storage array function; therefore, you must replace the Interconnect-battery canister immediately.
If this storage array is configured to use battery packs, the Interconnect-battery canister contains the storage arrays battery packs. The purpose of the battery pack is to preserve cached data in the event of a power failure. Therefore, you should replace the Interconnect-battery canister as soon as possible.
If write caching on a volume is enabled, it will be automatically suspended until the Interconnect-battery canister is replaced and the battery packs are fully charged.
If this storage array contains two controllers, Controller B will be suspended until the Interconnect-battery canister is replaced
