There were at least 20 unsuccessful, consecutive attempts to validate the security key for the storage array. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.

Go to step 2.

You have lost or forgotten your security key

Do not continue with the remaining recovery steps and contact your Technical Support Representative.

Power off Controller A in the storage array.

Wait 30 seconds.

Restart Controller A.

The storage array has only one controller

Go to step 8.

The storage array has two controllers

Go to step 5.

Power off Controller B in the storage array.
