This monitor reports the time in seconds it takes to send an email from one cloud test user to another (ExO).

Summary

This monitor focuses on measuring the Quality of Service (QoS) of an Exchange Online deployment. It also implements an end-to-end functionality check to verify mail flow between two Exchange Online mailboxes.

This monitor measures the time it took to receive a message.

If there is a timeout, the metric options indicate the following details:

Reason, Exchange Online Database Name, Recipient, Sender User Name and GUID of email.

Configuration

By default, this monitor is enabled. An alert triggers if the test fails.
