This monitor measures the logon latency in milliseconds OneDrive site using the REST API.
The monitor implements an end-to-end functionality probe checking if OneDrive is reachable from a test user.
Configure the following in the m365mp_instance.cfg file:
Name and credentials of the test users.
The logon latency exceeds the defined threshold.
For further analysis, use the defined test user to logon to OneDrive.
Verify against the performance graph to see if the alerted value exceeds the baseline.
Depends on the cause of the issue, which can be manifold. Refer to the below section for "additional information".
Refer to the LogOn Latency (msec) view for details on OneDrive's performance.
Check if OneDrive synchronization is complete.
Test OneDrive credentials configuration
This unit monitor depends on metric 60111.
To use Resource Owner Password Credentials (ROPC), override the Metric property and use value 60012. The advanced guide contains additional set up information.
