This monitor measures the lag and quality of Teams Chats with simplified feature tests.
Lag is measured in milliseconds.
An alert triggers if the retrieval fails.
Requires the 'Group.ReadWrite.All' delegated permission of the microsoft.graph namespace to access Teams resources.
