Information is based on the haclus -display utility.
The following states are evaluated:
0 - FAULTED, EXITED, etc.
1 - RUNNING

0 - NOT RUNNING
1 - RUNNING

Default settings:

This monitor will create a 'Critical' state change and alert if the cluster status is not 'RUNNING'.
