Falha do serviço ao indicar que está progredindo no período indicado em sua última mensagem de status. Essa mensagem não é específica do SMS. Esta condição não será reparada por si só e deve ser resolvida para que o SMS possa continuar algumas de suas funções principais.
Isso se deve a um problema crítico com o serviço ou com um dos componentes ou serviços dependentes dele.
Para a identificação de evento 7023, se o serviço não reiniciar, clique em Iniciar, em Painel de Controle, em Ferramentas Administrativas, em Serviços e inicie o serviço manualmente. Se o problema persistir, examine as possíveis causas nos logs disponíveis no diretório %Windir%\System32\wbem\logs.
