IIS 管理服务已停止。World Wide Web 服务需要此服务，而 SMS 需要 IIS 才能支持高级客户端请求。此问题无法自行解决，必须解决之后才能满足 SMS 客户端请求。

原因

此问题通常发生在下列情况下：

运行 Internet Information Services (IIS) 的服务器已关闭或重新启动。
正在用修补程序或 Service Pack 升级 IIS。
对操作系统进行了更改，如升级或添加证书服务等其他服务。
在升级或组件安装过程中，可能需要停止所有 IIS 服务。

解决方法

确认 IIS 管理服务是否因以下原因而停止：进行日常维护或定期维护，或者对操作系统或其组件进行定期更改。如果 IIS 管理服务尚未启动，请启动它。
