SMS 主管服务已停止。SMS 需要此服务才能记录和访问所需的数据。此问题可自行修复，必须解决之后 SMS 才能恢复其核心功能。

原因

此问题通常发生在下列情况下：

计算机已关闭或重新启动。
正在用 SMS 修补程序或 SMS Service Pack 升级 SMS。
已对站点服务器进行备份。
SMS 主管服务已手动关闭。

解决方法

可通过以下方式来解决此问题：

等待 SMS 站点组件管理器服务重新启动该服务，最长可能需要一个小时。
重新启动 SMS 站点组件管理器服务。这将强制站点组件管理器立即检查所有组件的状态，并启动任何需要运行的组件。
执行站点重置，以强制站点组件管理器重新安装所有组件。
重新启动计算机。
