Summary

This rule consolidates events for its companion event processing rule:

ConfigMgr Status: Device Management Point encountered an unexpected error.

Causes

There might have been an unexpected failure during processing by device management point.

Resolutions

Check the Internet Information Services (IIS) process that is hosting the device management point ISAPI and the SMS_Executive service to ensure that they are both running. If they are not running, start them. If they are running, try to restart them.
