Summary

Management Point Control Manager detected the management point is not responding to HTTP requests. The http error is %1.

Causes

The following are possible causes:

1. Management point service is not started or not responding.

2. Internet Information Services (IIS) is not responding.

Resolutions

The following are possible resolutions:

1. Manually restart the SMS Agent Host service on the management point.

2. Manually restart the W3SVC service on the management point.
