摘要

管理點上已排入佇列之資料探索記錄 (DDR) 的總數已超過標準操作閾值。除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。排入佇列的管理點 DDR 計數若持續超出閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫中將無法即時反映探索資訊，且收集與報告亦無法精確呈現網路上的裝置。

原因

下列情況下，管理點 DDR 待處理項目數可能會超過閾值：

若要解決此問題，並降低排入佇列的管理點 DDR 數：

此警示若產生過多的誤報，可以修改規則內容的閾值索引標籤，指定更適合環境的值。

此警示最好交由 Configuration Manager 系統管理員處理。

相關事件

您也可以尋找與目前所停止之 SMS Executive 服務或資源 (如 CPU 或記憶體) 不足之管理點相關的警示。這些警示皆可能是導致 DDR 警示的原因。根據原因而定，管理點上可能同時會有其他類型的待處理項目 (硬體清查、軟體清查、軟體計量) 增加，以及對應警示產生的狀況。
