原因

下列情況下，管理點 Relay Manager 報告數可能會超過閾值：

SMS Agent Host 服務 (CCMexec) 未執行。
管理點的 Relay Manager 報告處理速度低於 Relay Manager 報告的傳入速度。
Relay Manager 對於 IDMIF 檔案的處理速度低於 IDMIF 的傳入速度。
管理點的資源 (如 CPU、記憶體或磁碟空間) 不足。
已提交的軟體計量報告數超出正常負載。

解決方法

若要解決此問題，並減少排入佇列的管理點 Relay Manager 訊息數：

確認 SMS Agent Host 服務 (CCMexec) 正在執行。若已停止，請加以啟動。啟動時若發生錯誤，請確定已啟用服務的記錄功能，然後查看 CCMexec.log 檔案。
確認此警示的閾值不會過低，且必須大於此特定 Configuration Manager 站台的標準操作閾值。
