摘要

站台伺服器上 Despooler 之 despoolr.box\receive 收件匣中的檔案總數已超過標準操作閾值。

這個資料夾會暫存從子 Configuration Manager 站台或父 Configuration Manager 站台所接收的資料。一旦收到指示檔案，就會處理及移動檔案 (.pkg 與 .rpl)。

除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。檔案計數若持續超過閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫將無法及時反映複寫資訊，且 Configuration Manager 物件與報告亦無法正確呈現父站台與此站台之子站台的狀態。

此警示若產生過多的誤報，可以修改規則內容的閾值索引標籤，指定更適合環境的值。

若要檢視站台伺服器上此收件匣之待處理項目的趨勢圖：

1.在 Operations Manager 的 [Monitoring] 主控台，瀏覽至 [Monitoring] > [Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007] > [Performance] > [待處理項目] > [Site Servers]。

2.按一下 [Inbox despoolr.box/receive Backlog in the last 48 hours]。

除非先啟用相對應的效能測量，否則不會在圖表中顯示待處理項目趨勢。

若要啟用 despooler.box\requests 待處理項目的效能測量：

1.在 Operations Manager 的 [撰寫中] 主控台，瀏覽至 [撰寫中] > [管理組件物件] > [規則]。

2.在 [規則] 窗格中，搜尋「ConfigMgr 2007 效能測量:Site Server Inbox despoolr.box\receive 待處理項目]。

3.在規則上按一下滑鼠右鍵，瀏覽到 [覆寫] > [覆寫規則]，然後按一下 [針對以下類型的所有物件:Microsoft ConfigMgr 2007 站台伺服器]。

4.選取 [已啟用] 核取方塊，然後將 [覆寫設定] 設定為 [真]。按一下 [確定]。

此警示最好交由 Configuration Manager 系統管理員處理。

相關事件：

您也可以尋找與目前所停止之 SMS_Executive 服務或資源 (如 CPU 或記憶體) 不足之站台伺服器相關的警示。這些警示皆可能是導致 Despooler 待處理項目的原因。根據原因而定，站台伺服器上可能同時會有其他類型的待處理項目 (硬體清查、軟體清查、軟體計量) 增加，以及對應警示產生的狀況。
