摘要

站台伺服器上 Offer Manager 之 offermgr.box\INCOMING 收件匣中的檔案總數已超過標準操作閾值。

這個資料夾會暫存從子 Configuration Manager 站台或父 Configuration Manager 站台所接收的 offer、通告與資料 (.ofr)。

除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。檔案計數若持續超過閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫將無法及時反映複寫資訊，且 Configuration Manager 通告與報告亦無法正確呈現子站台的狀態。

原因

下列情況下，檔案總數可能會超過閾值：

站台伺服器的 SMS_Executive 服務已經停止或沒有回應。
Offer Manager 已停止。
Offer Manager 可能正在處理接收的 Offer 或正在評估收集的變更。
站台伺服器的資源 (如 CPU、記憶體或磁碟空間) 不足。
Configuration Manager 站台資料庫已無任何空間。
最近探索到大量的用戶端。
站台伺服器與 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫伺服器之間的連線可能已中斷。

解決方法

若要解決此問題，並減少檔案數：

確認此警示的閾值不會過低，且必須大於此特定 Configuration Manager 站台的標準操作閾值。
確認站台伺服器的 SMS_Executive 服務正在執行。其若已停止或未回應，請重新啟動該服務。
執行 SMS 服務管理員並確認 SMS_OFFER_MANAGER 元件正在執行。若沒有執行，請加以啟動。
確認 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫運作正常。
判斷負載增加是否來自於新資料探索記錄 (DDR) 的異常湧入，或 DDR 負載是否仍保持流暢。如果負載保持穩定，請更新 Configuration Manager 基礎結構，將處理中的待處理項目數目降低為零。若負載來自於大量新探索到的用戶端電腦，則只要在標準 DDR 負載之外能有足夠的資源可處理擱置的 DDR，問題即可自行解決。
確認 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫的空間是否足夠。若將資料庫設為自動增加，請確認磁碟空間足可供資料庫擴展。
請謹慎規劃探索方法的類型與頻率。執行效能測試，以確認基礎結構能否容納探索負載。調整探索頻率，以提供較長的間隔處理 DDR。
修改探索設定，以探索較少的資源。
修改收集的更新排程以減少影響。
確認站台伺服器可連線至 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫伺服器。
檢查 Offer Manager 的狀態訊息中是否有可能的問題。
檢查 Configuration Manager Logs 資料夾中的 Offermgr.log 檔案是否有錯誤或額外的資訊。

其他

此警示若產生過多的誤報，可以修改規則內容的閾值索引標籤，指定更適合環境的值。

此警示最好交由 Configuration Manager 系統管理員處理。
