摘要

站台伺服器上 Offer Manager 之 offermgr.box\INCOMING 收件匣中的檔案總數已超過標準操作閾值。

這個資料夾會暫存從子 Configuration Manager 站台或父 Configuration Manager 站台所接收的 offer、通告與資料 (.ofr)。

除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。檔案計數若持續超過閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫將無法及時反映複寫資訊，且 Configuration Manager 通告與報告亦無法正確呈現子站台的狀態。

此警示若產生過多的誤報，可以修改規則內容的閾值索引標籤，指定更適合環境的值。

此警示最好交由 Configuration Manager 系統管理員處理。

您也可以尋找與目前所停止之 SMS_Executive 服務或資源 (如 CPU 或記憶體) 不足之站台伺服器相關的警示。這些警示皆可能是導致 Offer Manager 問題的原因。根據原因而定，站台伺服器上可能同時會有其他類型的待處理項目 (硬體清查、軟體清查、軟體計量) 增加，以及對應警示產生的狀況。
