摘要

站台伺服器上 Status Manager 之 statmgr.box\statmsgs 收件匣中的檔案總數已超過標準操作閾值。

在 Status Manager 處理訊息前，這個資料夾會儲存來自 Configuration Manager 站台系統與用戶端的狀態訊息 (.svf)。這包含來自子站台的複寫狀態訊息。

除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。檔案計數若持續超過閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫將無法及時反映複寫資訊，且 Configuration Manager 狀態與報告亦無法正確呈現此站台與其子站台的狀態。

您也可以尋找與目前所停止之 SMS_Executive 服務或資源 (如 CPU 或記憶體) 不足之站台伺服器相關的警示。這些警示皆可能是導致 Status Manager 問題的原因。根據原因而定，站台伺服器上可能同時會有其他類型的待處理項目 (硬體清查、軟體清查、軟體計量) 增加，以及對應警示產生的狀況。
