摘要

站台伺服器上軟體計量處理器的 swmproc.box\usage 收件匣中的檔案總數已超過標準操作閾值。

這個資料夾會暫存來自站台中之 Configuration Manager 用戶端的軟體計量報告 (.muv、.sum 與 .sur)，以及來自其站台與子站台的摘要報告。

站台建立摘要報告的方式是先建立 .sur 檔案，然後轉換成 .sum 檔案，而這個 .sum 檔案會被複寫到父站台。從子站台接收的摘要報告會匯入到站台資料庫，複寫到父站台，然後刪除。

除非先加以解決，否則數值會持續增加。檔案計數若持續超過閾值，則 Configuration Manager 站台資料庫將無法及時反映複寫資訊，且 Configuration Manager 狀態與報告亦無法正確呈現此站台與子站台的狀態。

您也可以尋找與目前所停止之 SMS_Executive 服務或資源 (如 CPU 或記憶體) 不足之站台伺服器相關的警示。這些警示皆可能是導致軟體計量處理器問題的原因。根據原因而定，站台伺服器上可能同時會有其他類型的待處理項目 (硬體清查、軟體清查、軟體計量) 增加，以及對應警示產生的狀況。
