原因

發生這個狀況的原因可能是：

未在網際網路資訊服務 (IIS) 中正確地設定狀態移轉點應用程式集區。
IIS 可能不是在執行中狀態。
未在狀態移轉點上正確地設定防火牆連接埠。
安裝狀態移轉點後尚未執行安全性設定精靈 (SCW)。

解決方法

確認 IIS 已適當地設定並正在執行。
確認 HTTP 狀態移轉點使用的防火牆連接埠是預設的連接埠 80 。
設定狀態移轉點站台角色後，請執行安全性設定精靈 (SCW)。
