要查明出现状态消息的原因，请执行下列操作：

1. 在配置管理器控制台中，导航到“系统中心配置管理器”>“站点数据库”>“系统状态”>“状态消息查询”。

2. 右键单击“来自特定系统的所有状态消息”，然后选择“显示消息”。

3. 在“来自特定系统的所有状态消息”对话框中，可以指定计算机名称和时间，或从数据库加载计算机名称，然后单击“确定”。此时将显示相应选定参数的状态消息。
