The Configuration Manager Site Control Manager has ignored a site configuration change request. The Configuration Manager Hierarchy Manager at site "%2" will continue to submit this site configuration change request until it receives a copy of the new actual site control file from site "%3" that confirms the change was successfully processed. Configuration Manager status message 2809 was detected.
This condition could occur because:
The change request could already have been processed as part of an older delta site control file.
If the Hierarchy Manager continues to submit this site configuration change request for an extraordinarily long time, there might be a problem with the Hierarchy Manager. Or, there might be a communication problem between them or any sites between them.
Check for Warning and Error status messages from the Configuration Manager Hierarchy Manager, Replication Manager, Scheduler, and the Sender components at these sites.
This alert is best handled by Configuration Manager administrators.
To investigate status messages:
1. In the Configuration Manager console, navigate to System Center Configuration Manager > Site Database > System Status > Status Message Queries.
2. Right-click All Status Messages from a Specific System, and then select Show Messages.
3. In the All Status Messages from a Specific System dialog box, you can either specify the Machine Name and Time, or you can load existing machine names from the database, and then click OK. The status messages for the appropriate selected parameters are displayed.
For more assistance, see a list of additional support options in the support section of the Configuration Manager Web site at Support for Configuration Manager.
