背景智慧型傳送服務 (BITS) 已停止。Configuration Manager 用戶端必須要有此服務，才可從管理點與發佈點存取必要的資料。此狀況不會自行修復，必須先加以解決，Configuration Manager 才可繼續它的某些核心功能。
