概要

リアルタイム スキャン ジョブで、特定のスキャン タスクにかかる時間が制限を超過しました。タイムアウト アクションによって、リアルタイム スキャン ジョブが再ロードされます。

原因

1. ファイルが極端に大きいか、圧縮率が高いために、大がかりなファイル スキャン タスクが発生しています。

2. スキャンの実行中に特定のスキャン エンジンをハングさせるファイルがあります。

解決策

このエラーからの回復は自動的に行われます。ただし、この種のイベントが頻繁に発生する場合は、Microsoft サポートに連絡してください。
