原因

1. 文件过大或文件高度压缩导致文件扫描任务过重。

2. 某些文件导致特定扫描引擎在扫描执行过程中挂起。

解决方法

系统将自动从此状态中恢复。但是，如果频繁发生此类事件，建议您与 Microsoft 支持人员联系。
