Zusammenfassung

Der Transportscanauftrag hat bei einem bestimmten Scantask die Scandauer überschritten. Eine Aktion bei Zeitüberschreitung führt absichtlich dazu, dass der Transportscanauftrag neu geladen wird.

Ursachen

1. Extrem große oder stark komprimierte Dateien, die einen sehr umfangreichen Dateiscanauftrag verursachen.

2. Dateien, die während des Scanvorgangs den Absturz eines bestimmten Scanmoduls verursachen.

Lösungen

In dieser Situation erfolgt die Wiederherstellung automatisch. Tritt dieses Ereignis jedoch regelmäßig auf, sollten Sie sich an den Microsoft Support wenden.
