Summary

The Microsoft Exchange Transport Service failed to start.

 
Causes

There is a problem with a dependent service not starting.

 
Resolutions

1. Make sure the target server has been powered on and started successfully.
2. Try to start the Transport Service manually by executing "net start MSExchangeTransport”.
