Causas

-El administrador detuvo el sistema.

-No se inició el servicio porque no se pudo autenticar la cuenta de usuario.

-El servicio se configuró incorrectamente, lo que impidió su inicio.

Resoluciones

Completar Backup Exec versión 2012

-Revise los registros de eventos del equipo administrado y corrija los errores subyacentes que puedan haber detenido el servicio de forma inesperada.

-Use el complemento MMC de servicios para intentar reiniciar el servicio.
