Monitors the HighOutputErrorRate on this device
The monitor indicates the percentage of output packet errors on this device. This monitor has two possible states:
Healthy: The percentage of output packet errors is below the threshold.
Warning: The percentage of output packet errors exceeds the threshold.
The following options can be configured on this monitor:

This monitor enters a warning state when the percentage of output packet errors is greater than the error threshold configured for this interface (the default is 10). The output packet error percentage is derived by dividing the number of output packets in error by the total number of output packets. The result of this calculation is expressed as a percentage and compared to the error threshold.
Use the Health Explorer to check the details for the state change on the State Change Events tab for the monitor. This data shows the calculated performance counter value that caused the health state change. Consult the device manufacturer's documentation for more information on the problem and troubleshooting procedures.
