Summary

TFS Event 4208 occurred. Raised by the team project collection service when virtual paths of collections overlap. "TF246102: The following virtual path is not valid: {0}. The path conflicts with a reserved path or with a virtual path that is already in use. The virtual path must not be a parent path, child path, a reserved path, or the same as a virtual path that is already in use by Team Foundation Server"
