Summary

TFS Event 3056 occurred. Work item tracking has reported a validation error.

Resolutions

This event usually is related to an error with the database processing of the work item tracking service. Make sure no manual changes were made to the database that may have caused this error. If changes were made, restore to a backup before the error began to occur.
