Summary

This event is raised by the version control service at service start if the repository properties cannot be retrieved from the database.

Causes

This may be caused by database access or configuration issues.

Resolutions

Action: Inspect the event logs for other entries that correlate to this event. Note that you might have to inspect the System and/or Security Logs also for resolving this.
