Summary

While attempting to determine whether the server changed sites, the AD Moved Site Rule could not find its server object or its site object in the Active Directory directory service.

This is an unexpected error.

Causes

It is possible that the Ops Mgr designated Run-As-Account has lost Read permission to the configuration container in AD.
