概要

このイベントはトランスポート スキャン プロセスの状態をチェックします。

タイムアウト後に再起動されたトランスポート スキャン プロセスがない場合、エラー イベントが生成されます。

原因

エラー イベントの原因は、サーバーがオーバーロードして、適切なタイミングで新しいプロセスを起動できなかったことです。

解決策

Exchange サービスをリサイクルします
