UpdateFailGeneric_2_Rule (Rule)

概要

スキャン エンジンの更新または復元に関する一般エラーです。このエラーは、スキャン エンジンの更新または復元に必要な情報を取得できない場合、または情報が正しくない場合に発生します。

原因

1. スキャン エンジンのライセンス期限が切れているか、ライセンス情報を取得できません。

2. スキャン エンジンの更新を FSCController に通知できませんでした。

3. スキャン エンジンの更新に設定されている更新パスが正しくありませんでした。

解決策

1. Forefront Server Security のライセンス期限が切れていないことと、ライセンス ファイルがインストール ディレクトリに存在することを確認します。

2. Forefront Server Security の各サービスを再起動します。

3. スキャン エンジンの更新に設定されている更新パスが正しいかどうかを確認します。
