Causes

A SCSI error occurred. The message reports the path, target ID, LUN number, and SCSI status.

Resolutions

Typically these informational messages can be ignored; intermittent errors are to be expected. However, these messages can provide useful information when more serious problems occur. When reporting problems, include these messages with the server log file.
