Causes

Communication is down or other retriable error occurs.

Resolutions

Validate network connection. Check router table for route to destination. If unable to establish connection, abort task locally on both node. For other errors, wait for the retry to succeed; in case of hang for a long time but network is up, issue full abort to clean up the task.
